If you’d been there — Elena Luneva, GoFundMe June 2025

Today we hosted Elena Luneva (VP of Product at GoFundMe) to lead a workshop on mastering executive presence with AI. After a crisp presentation on best practices for presenting to execs and thinking through how to utilize some new (and known) tools, our group split into breakout groups to practice leveraging AI for improving how we show up in those high stakes moments

If you’d been there, here’s what you’d still be thinking about today:

  1. For every presentation (exec or not!), start with who the audience is, and what they need to hear. It's tempting to start with "here's what I want to say", but better to start with "What does my audience need to hear." Take the time upfront to understand who in your audience is a champion, who is a skeptic, and who needs to be convinced.

  2. One key framework to keep in mind: Think, feel and do. Spend time up front to understand what your key stakeholders will thank, feel and do after your presentation. Or, fast-track your learnings by sending AI your presentation, who will be in the room and and what each of them will think, feel and do after your presentation. Follow up with AI to understand what questions or concerns they will have, so you'll be able to get out in front of any objections or tough questions.

  3. AI-powered tools can help you practice your executive presence:

    • CrystalKnows (https://www.crystalknows.com/personality-test) can help you better understand your audience and how they like to receive information

    • Yoodli (https://yoodli.ai/) can help you identify your vocal tics and other parts of your presentation that can be improved through practice (i.e. removing "ums" or upspeak)

    • Or, just record a Loom video of yourself and ask ChatGPT/Claude/your favorite AI to weigh in on places you can improve

We also chatted about the best prompts for self-improvement, common communication habits to avoid, and frameworks for understanding what's most important to your stakeholders. To get access to the rest of our notes and attend future panels like this one…join Enrich!
