Enrich is a private network for ambitious, growth minded leaders who want to invest in themselves. Through structured workshops, facilitated discussions, and intimate dinners, we help people make better decisions, lead more effectively, and grow in their careers.

We created Enrich because we know that being in leadership is challenging — and it can be lonely. Our goal is to help members build their networks, build their skills and build their careers through our offerings.

Five Pillars of Modern Leadership

Our content is designed around five pillars of modern leadership. Across all of our programming — workshops, panels, peer groups and more — we focus on these areas to help you thrive as an ambitious leader. We developed these pillars after running Enrich for nearly a decade and talking to hundreds of leaders about what it takes to successfully run teams of teams.

  • Your goals, your brand, your network. Up-leveling your skills as a leader so you can get to the next level of where you want to go. We know at senior levels this becomes increasingly challenging, so we’re in your corner with workshops, best-practices and practical, actionable information.

  • Organization design, systems and processes for getting meaningful work done. AI is transforming tech companies and breaking down the traditional organization silos. What does leading a modern, efficient, high-functioning group look like today? What are the top leaders doing?

  • The best leaders we know hire great people and then support their teams to drive outsized impact. From the nitty gritty like effective 1:1's and rhythmic meetings, to navigating more challenging dynamics (firing and layoffs), managing team performance takes skill, empathy and diligence. We can get you there.

  • As you grow in your career, managing up and out becomes increasingly strategic. Unlock best practices for managing your CEO and board relationships, as well as peers across your organization.

  • The old playbooks and frameworks are quickly becoming obsolete in the age of AI. Level up with insights from others in the trenches of modern product management and engineering. From thinking through velocity with AI-powered code editors to discussions over who owns prototyping — and how to measure quality when everything is moving so quickly — the skills that got you to where you are today need to evolve to get you to where you want to go tomorrow.

  • Virtual meeting with ten diverse professionals in a grid layout, some making peace signs or smiling, in various home and office backgrounds.

    Executive peer groups

    No one knows what it’s like to be a leader better than other leaders. Our peer groups are at the heart of what we offer and give members an opportunity to get feedback, discuss challenges and pressure-test new ideas in a private, curated group. Groups meet monthly over Zoom (so peers from across locations can connect) and are facilitated by an executive coach.

    Private dinners

    Every 12 weeks, we host a private dinner party for members in key membership hubs including the Bay Area and New York City. These curated dinners are an opportunity for members to build connections with each other in a relaxed and off-the-record environment.

    Weekly events

    Each week we host events (a mix of in-person and online) for members. Events are a mix of skill-building workshops, peer-led discussions, panels with industry leaders and tactical how-tos. Recent highlights include an AMA with Reddit CTO Chris Slowe, a panel on AI’s impact on hiring, and a Shark-tank style pitching event for founders in our community.     Always on Slack

    In between peer groups, dinners and events, members stay connected over our private Slack. Discussion from events often spill over into Slack, where there’s more time and space to go deep on a topic. Members share new ideas they are wrestling with, job opportunities at their companies, and technology recs — in addition to celebrating each others wins!
