Every Enrich member now has access to Hone membership at no extra cost. Hone is an AI-powered learning platform for leaders who want to keep building their skills on their own schedule. It includes:
Live, interactive classes: learn from expert coaches and practice alongside other leaders, in multiple time zones.
Hone AI coach: on-demand coaching, role-plays, and lessons whenever you need them.
Courses on AI transformation: practical guidance for leading your team through change.
It's a natural complement to what you already get from Enrich. Your peer group helps you think through your challenges; Hone helps you build the skills to act on them, on your schedule.
2. A coach in your corner: 1:1 executive coaching at an Enrich-only price

With Hone 1:1 Coaching, you're matched with a hand-selected executive coach for six personalized sessions to set goals, make progress, and stay accountable.
Enrich member price: $1,500 for 6 sessions (regularly $2,500, a $1,000 savings).
Peers, events, your peer group, and now a dedicated coach: your Enrich support system is complete.
