What’s next for Enrich
Today, we’re sharing that Enrich is being acquired by Hone.
For the past eight years, Enrich has been built around a simple idea: the most effective leaders don’t learn in isolation. They learn from each other.
What started as a small dinner in San Francisco grew into a community of more than 1,000 product and engineering executives across cities like SF, New York, LA, Seattle, and Boston. Along the way, something important became clear. It wasn’t the programming that mattered most. It was what happened when the right people were in the room together.
Members turned to each other in moments that mattered: navigating outages, building teams, stepping into new roles. The value of Enrich has always come from those relationships.
Why Hone
As we thought about the future of Enrich, we asked a simple question: how can this community continue to grow and have greater impact?
Hone stood out because of how they approach leadership development. Their platform combines live learning, AI coaching, and real-world application at scale. Bringing Enrich into Hone connects this community to a broader system for developing leaders.
Just as important, Hone understood what makes Enrich work. The programming and structure matter, but the real value comes from the relationships between members who show up for each other when it counts.
What this means for the Enrich community
Enrich will become part of Hone’s platform, while continuing to run the same curated gatherings, peer groups, and structured programming that define the community today. The structure that members value stays the same.
As part of Hone, we’ll have access to more resources to support leaders as they grow, while preserving the relationships and experiences that make Enrich valuable.
Looking ahead
This is both a continuation of Enrich as it exists today, and over time an evolution into something bigger, with a larger platform and more ways to support leaders going forward.
To everyone who has been part of Enrich so far, thank you. This community exists because of the people in it.
We’re looking forward to what comes next.
