Join focused Conversations
Choose topic-oriented conversations by leaders in your field.
Match with a curated peer group
Reassess & regroup
We take about 4 weeks to build the perfect group for you. You'll meet with your private group once every 3 weeks.
Feedback & support from your exec coach
Meet with your coach after your second peer group to check in on your experience. Your coach can help identify enrich members to meet and set up 1:1s for you.
After 6 months, we collect your feedback & assess how your group is going.
