our pedagogy

what makes enrich, so enriching?

METHOD: enrich’s methodology is based on group psychology principles and Harvard professor Amy Edmondson’s work on building trust and intimacy amongst groups.

FOUR GROUND RULES

  1. all discussions are off the record.

  2. make room for all participants to share equally.

  3. mandatory meetings; missing more than one jeopardizes membership.

  4. no cell phones.

SAMPLE MEETING AGENDA

  • intro Induction on rules and expectations.

  • personal enrich scripted activity to create trust in the group.

  • sample topic A: Working with cross-functional leaders to meet business objectives.

  • sample topic B: “Hot Seat.” Focus on a member, asking questions 5 minutes, and then experience sharing rather than advice giving.
